Do I keep full ownership of my profile?
Yes. You stay the owner. You add us as a Manager, which lets us update your info, reply to reviews and post. Managers can't remove you, transfer ownership or delete the profile, and you can remove us any time.
How much of my time does this take?
Less than a service call. About 20 minutes at the start: add us as a Manager, send us your customer list and a folder of job photos. After that, a short monthly report lands in your inbox.
Will you text my customers?
Review requests go out from your business's own phone number or email, written in your name, only to people who hired you. We show you the messages before anything is sent.
How fast will I see more reviews?
Usually within the first two weeks of the review drive. How many depends on how many past customers you have and how they felt about the work.
Can you guarantee I'll be #1 on Google?
No, and nobody honestly can. Google shows different results depending on where the person searching is. What we can promise is the work that helps you show up: a complete profile, a steady stream of new reviews and weekly posts, plus a monthly report so you can see the progress for yourself.
What's in the 17-point check?
Reviews: your count and rating against the top 3 near you, how recent your last review is, and whether every review has a reply.
Profile basics: ownership, categories, business name, hours, phone, website, description and services.
Photos and activity: how many photos you have, how fresh they are, your logo and cover, and recent posts.
Is there a contract?
No. The $249 refresh is a one-time payment. The monthly plan runs month to month and you can stop any time.
Which monthly plan do I need?
It depends on how many jobs you finish in a month, since each one gets a review request. Solo ($149) covers up to 40 jobs, Crew ($249) covers up to 120, and Fleet is for anything bigger or more than one location.
A rough count is fine. If your job count regularly goes past your plan's limit, we'll talk with you about moving up. No surprise charges.
